Your room, tax, and any incidentals will be charged at time of departure. You may cancel free of charge until 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within the 72 hour cancellation window, you will be charged one night's room and tax.

Conference check-in and registration will open early. On Wednesday, September 25 between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., stop by Fountainview located on the Lobby Level (3rd Floor) to pick up your conference badge, registration tote, and enjoy a drink at the Welcome Social.
Registration will also be open on Thursday, September 26 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Sheraton Chicago Ballroom Foyer on the 4th Floor.

Attendees who book a room at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk and can no longer attend must cancel their reservation more than 72 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date. For no shows or cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival date, a one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided when booking the reservation.
